Pregnant girlfriend

Question:
pregnant girlfriend how the solution is un-Islamic?Married with a girlfriend who was pregnant, how the Islamic law?
Answer:
Bismillah, was shalaatu was salaamu 'alaa rasulillah, ammaa ba'du.
First, the real sin of fornication is a huge, heinous act which was considered ugly by any human being who has a righteous nature. Therefore, God forbids people to get close to this deed. Not only his actions which are prohibited, but all roads lead to acts forbidden by God to be approached.Allah says,
ولاتقربوا الزنى إنه كان فاحشة وسآء سبيلا
"Do not approach adultery. Because adultery is a indecency and bad-bad way. "(Surat al-Isra ': 32).
Therefore, everything that can lead to adultery sealed in the teachings of Islam. among the evidence are:
  • Islam teaches that women completely veiled, and may only reveal the face and palms.(See Qur'an Surat an-Nur: 31 and Al-Ahzab: 59)
  • Islam forbids women like to go out and dress up, to reveal her beauty to the man. (See Qur'an Surah Al-Ahzab: 33)
  • Islam ordered that each one among men and women to keep his views, so as not to see things that are forbidden, or attracted to the opposite sex. And many more other laws that are all towards the conclusion that Islam is very strict in maintaining relationships between the opposite sex. For those who are Muslims, should pay attention to the rules of this kind.
Secondly, man or woman who commits adultery and he has not repented then he has a right referred to as adulterer. If both are married while the unconverted in good faith, then it means that marriage is a marriage that occurred between the adulterer. Therefore, for those who fall into this unlawful act, immediately bartobat. Begged forgiveness to God, accompanied by feelings of sadness and guilt. determined not to repeat it again. May Allah forgive and accept your repentance. If not, then forever label adulterer will prey. Before discussing the marriage, we affirm solemnly to repent first. Only after that, allowing for the discussion of marriage.
Third, the law is married to a woman who committed adultery with her. Ulama explain that in this matter jurisdiction is divided into two:
  1. Adultery is not to become pregnant. The man may only marry a woman, if her womb has ensured clean and no fetus (called istibraa '). Reference is the occurrence of menstruation. if she is having periods at all so they can marry.
  2. Adultery causes pregnant. The man may not marry a woman who is pregnant with her, until she gave birth to her fetus. Therefore, should not be for families to marry off her daughter who was pregnant with a male to impregnate. If you still marry the illegitimate void, and all relationships after marriage is a relationship void of adultery. Thus, married women with men who impregnate pregnant before she gives birth, it will add sins.Because in this marriage will cause greater damage, which legalizes adultery in the name of marriage. All this is set so that the semen of adultery does not mix with semen of wedlock. Because adultery is haraam semen and semen marriage is lawful. And should not be mixing between the halal haram.
Fourth, the Son of adultery should not be a bin to the biological father, but later on-Bin-it to his mother. For example: Dono bin Siti. Because the child is not the biological father. Although she became the mother's husband. Who is to bin the child to his father he was exposed to the threat, as in the following hadith,
From Abu Bakrah, that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "Anyone who claims her son who was not a father, and he knows it is forbidden Paradise for him." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim).
While the biological father is not the father, therefore, unlawful for Bin pulled himself to his biological father.
Subhaanallah ... How much of the damage caused by adultery. Starting from the social damage, until the shape change nasab someone.
May Allah give guidance to God to be saved from fornication and all the means that lead to adultery. May be useful.
